Who is responsible

AutoScale is run by Debi Tirar Mas Fotos LLC (30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA). Send privacy questions to post@autoscalenordic.com.

What we collect

When you fill in the form, we store your name, dealership, phone, email, location and your answers about the dealership. We also store which ad or page you came from.

Why

We use this to assess whether we can work together, contact you, book meetings and follow up with relevant information by email and SMS. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is stored in AutoScale's CRM, which AutoScale runs on its server infrastructure using Hetzner as hosting provider. The hosting provider processes data to operate the service. We never sell your data. Contact us if you need details about where data for a specific service is processed.

Optional measurement

Analytics and advertising measurement are separate optional choices. Analytics stores limited events, such as page and video interactions, for up to 90 days to understand use of the site. If you choose advertising measurement, when you submit an enquiry AutoScale or the dealer may share contact details in hashed form, technical ad-click information and the conversion event type with Meta to measure campaigns. The Meta Pixel loads only with this consent. Neither choice is needed to submit an enquiry. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time using Privacy choices at the bottom of the page. This does not apply to Google Calendar or Gmail data; Google data is not shared with advertising networks.

How long

We delete your details when they are no longer needed, and no later than 24 months after our last contact, unless we have a client relationship.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent, by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from email and SMS at any time. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
